   You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return or refund.

   • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

2. Non-Refundable Items

   Certain products may not be eligible for returns, such as custom or personalized items, or items purchased on sale.

3. Initiating a Return

   • Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how to send your item back to us.

4. Refunds

   • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

   • Approved refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days to your original payment method.

5. Exchanges

   • If you'd like to exchange your product for a different item, please contact us. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

   • You are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning your item unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
